Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Live in Guelph? We offer complimentary local delivery within eligible Guelph postal codes.

Simply select Local Delivery at checkout if your address qualifies.

Local deliveries are generally completed within 3–5 business days. We'll contact you if additional arrangements are needed.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident ordering from us!

We accept returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

• Items are free of stains, odours, pet hair and damage.

• You provide your order number or proof of purchase.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us through our website within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns.

Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We're happy to help!

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we can discuss a return or alternative option.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item and shipping the replacement, where applicable.

Local Guelph customers may arrange a complimentary local exchange.

We recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before ordering, as our women's boxy and unisex styles fit differently.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves us.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
